SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

Subscription prices reflect a 15% – 25% reduction of the price of individual tickets. Subscriptions include an annual membership in the Edmonton Chamber Music Society for July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012.

Please note that seating in Convocation Hall and McDougall United Church is not reserved. Advance ticket sales may limit the availability of tickets at the door.

PARKING PERMITS

Convocation Hall | Main floor of Arts Building, University of Alberta campus

The ticket booth at the entrance to lots N and U, at 90th Avenue and 111 Street, will no longer be manned by a parking lot attendant.

Purchase parking permits from:
  • Lot N North [map] (visitor parking closest to Convocation Hall) may be purchased from one of two ticket dispensers:
    • in east quadrant
    • in west quadrant
      Exact change, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX accepted

      $5: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 6 AM; Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays
      $4: Regular hourly rate

  • Lot U [map]
    • has three dispensers
      Exact change, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX accepted

      $5: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 6 AM; Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays
      $4: Regular hourly rate

  • Lot 700 [map] [the narrow strip between HUB and lot N North]
    • $2 per half hour at all times [no maximum]
  • Education Car Park [map]
    • staffed kiosk

PARKING PERMITS

McDougall United Church | 10086 MacDonald Drive

Grant MacEwan University administers the parking lot off MacDonald Drive immediately north of McDougall United Church and west of Alberta College.
Visitor parking:

  • $4: Monday – Friday, after 5 PM
  • Ticket booth is manned from 7 AM to 10:30 PM

Concert patrons are advised to purchase a prepaid parking ticket from the attendant or from the ticket dispenser in the middle of the lot rather than pay upon exiting. Cars remaining in the lot after 10:30 PM without a prepaid ticket will be subject to a fine.
